Domestic Shipping Policy (Continental U.S., Alaska & Hawaii)
Shipment processing time
***As we approach the 2024 holidays, lead times will begin to increase due to factory and warehouse shutdowns. This will be particulary important to note mid December into January. Most shipping times return to normal by the second week of Janauary.***
Our office will be closed December 24th, December 25th, December 31st, and January 1st. Happy Holidays!
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and typically shipped within the following 3-10 business days. Approximate lead times by brand are listed below to provide an estimated timeline, but we cannot guarantee a shipment date. Most items are made as ordered to allow for the utmost customization. Simple items or less customizable prodcuts typically ship out faster than those with a greater deal of customizable parts. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to backordered product or high demand. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will attempt to make contact via email or telephone.
PO Box orders may require extra processing time and can only be shipped USPS.
Shipping & Order Confirmations
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
Your order can be shipped to any valid address within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii - with exception of P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses (these are non-deliverable at this time).
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Damages
Access-Hardware.com, and its parent company, is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Cancellations
If an order must be canceled, we will do our best to accomodate the request. We cannot guarantee order cancellation requests can be granted 24hrs after an order has been placed. If the item is in production or prepared for shipment, the order cannot be cancelled.

Emtek: 3-6 Business Days; Entry Sets May Require an Additional 2-3 Business Days
Yale Expressions: 3-4 Business Days
Baldwin Reserve: 7-11 Business Days
Baldwin Estate: 5-8 Business Days
Schlage: 10-14 Business Days
